Now that we are at the end of the playbook, the path forward is in your hands.

Here are some next steps. Use the correlating organizer and timeline in your workbook to organize your ideas:

1. Identify the first step you will take. Is it emailing someone? Doing another interview? Working with a client to test out a certain service?

2. Create a timeline for the next 6 months. This is what we call your “go-forward plan”. Create simple milestones for yourself to aim towards. These are things like moving to full-time, getting your first client, and figuring out how to price your services.

3. You can always go back to customer interviewing and learning about their pain points. You can also do this with your clients during onboarding or mid-project to see how you can better work with them.
